101 WAYS TO COPE WITH STRESS

- Get up 15 minutes earlier (selalunya bangkit coz Zafar dah bangkit merengek nak susu baru terkocoh nak solat Subuh hehe)
- Prepare for the morning the night before (baju nak pegi opis pun selalu sgt gosok time pagi..aduss)
- Avoid tight fitting clothes (memang xsuka pun pakai baju ikut badan)
- Avoid relying on chemical aids (erm..klu Panadol?..rasa de simpan byk dlm peti ais..erm..xleh la ni ek?)
- Set appointments ahead (kadang2 la..jot-down dlm buku hehe)
- Don't rely on your memory ... write it down (heehhehe..snapshot letak dlm kepala xleh ke?)
- Practice preventive maintenance (erm..ok ok)
- Make duplicate keys (untuk car keys -check- , untuk kunci rumah etc..erm lom lagi)
- Say "no" more often (part ni paling susah..asyik sgt suka nak menolong..payah..payah)
- Set priorities in your life (ok set set..memang suka plan awal2)
- Avoid negative people (terlalu byk la..camne nak avoid ni..hurmmm)
- Use time wisely (failed..failed hehe..bila ada anak kecik lagi la failed)
- Simplify meal times (erm..kadang ikut suka selera je)
- Always make copies of important papers
- Anticipate your needs
- Repair anything that doesn't work properly (hehe..suami xrajin sgt..saya suka tapi xsemua reti baiki)
- Ask for help with the jobs you dislike (susah la..kadang ditolak mentah2..cisss)
- Break large tasks into bite size portions (masih mencuba)

- Smile :) (hmm..kebelakangan ni mmg jarang senyum..pressure nih)
- Be prepared for rain (erm..jap jap mana g payung yg beli tahun lepas ye? oh..dlm kereta)
- Tickle a baby (love to do this..so cute Zafar with his big smile)
- Pet a friendly dog/cat (i do have a cat but it belong to family-in-laws)
- Don't know all the answers (true)

- Say something nice to someone (so weird coz sometime people love to hear something bad instead)
- Teach a kid to fly a kite (kalau anak kita baru 7m..xpe kan?)
- Walk in the rain (gilers..kang demam pastu jangkit kat anak hehe)
- Schedule play time into every day ( i have play time? did i read this properly?)
- Take a bubble bath (love it!)
- Be aware of the decisions you make (yup..caculating my step and decision is a biggest risk i have to face)
- Believe in yourself ( sometimes i don't and usually don't)
- Stop saying negative things to yourself ( :) )
- Visualize yourself winning (byk visualize my self losing..most of the time..ok stop that habit)
- Develop your sense of humor (i hate this part..kinda down lately..will try to laugh more and make other laugh too)
- Stop thinking tomorrow will be a better day (why?)
- Have goals for yourself (ya..setiap hari suka ingatkan diri sndr huhu)
- Dance a jig (erk?)
- Say "hello" to a stranger (jarang sgt unless know that person)
- Ask a friend for a hug (my true bff is at Cheras, how to ask her to come over n give me a big hug?)
- Look up at the stars (fav part)
- Practice breathing slowly
- Learn to whistle a tune (pagi tadi ada dgr -check-)
- Read a poem (da lama xbaca poem..maybe nak start balik)
- Listen to a symphony
- Watch a ballet
- Read a story curled up in bed (yay! sgt suka baca time susukan Zafar)
- Do a brand new thing (will think about it)
- Stop a bad habit
- Buy yourself a flower (yg murah ada ke?erm..plastik ke? janji bunga kan?)
- Take time to smell the flowers
- Find support from others (usually from suami..he's the biggest supporter)
- Ask someone to be your "vent-partner" (not that easy to trust people)

- Work at being cheerful and optimistic (suami selalu komplen..i'm too-much

- Maintain your weight (try to reduce weight..after giving birth..nak kurangkan lg baru maintain)

- Be responsible for your feelings

- Throw a paper airplane

- Learn the words to a new song (dari skola sampai skrg sgt suka buat benda ni)
- Get to work early (ok..trying..sometimes when Zafar is not well..it is hard to left him n go to work)
- Clean out one closet (done..yesterday, yippie!)
- Play patty cake with a toddler (in may on next year)
- Go on a picnic
- Take a different route to work
- Leave work early (with permission)
- Put air freshener in your car (will buy the new one coz the buy-3-for-rm10 is sick-able)
- Watch a movie and eat popcorn (love it! love it! with no-popcorn..erk)
- Write a note to a far away friend (can i use e-mail or posted to the wall FB?)
- Go to a ball game and scream
- Cook a meal and eat it by candlelight (with my son Zafar rambling and throwing tantrums?)
- Recognize the importance of unconditional love
- Remember that stress is an attitude
- Keep a journal (hmm..2010 is not much a do journal written..perhaps 2011)
- Practice a monster smile (what for?)
- Remember you always have options
- Have a support network of people, places and things (doing crafting is a stress relief for me now)
- Quit trying to fix other people (its not they didn't success do it on their own..it just they will always ask me..ok i'll stop)
- Get enough sleep (susah nak capai target ni, Zafar sometimes wake up ikut suka dia je)
- Talk less and listen more ( still learning)
- Freely praise other people (hehe)
